A grandma from New Mexico shot an intruder who broke into her home as she and her granddaughter were watching Taylor Swift’s concert movie.
Anissa Tinnin, 49, was enjoying the evening with her four-year-old granddaughter in her Albuquerque home.
The pair had dinner together, before getting comfy on the sofa to watch Swift's Eras Tour film.

"We had our popcorn and M&M's, dancing and singing along, when our lives were about to suddenly change," Tinnin wrote on Facebook following the 21 March event.
A man Tinnin had never seen before barged through the front door, with the grandmother later learning he had hopped a fence on the property.
How did she know? Well, the intruder's every move was captured on a Ring camera.
"I jumped over this couch and we met there by the front door,' Tinnin told KRQE.

"That's when he grabbed me and was upset and said to give him my keys. He said he didn't want to go to jail. He did threaten to hurt my granddaughter and me."
Speaking in a separate interview with Inside Edition, the grandmother added: "You do what you have to do to protect yourself and your family. He told me that he would kill myself and my granddaughter if I didn’t do what he wanted me to do."
Authorities have since said the intruder was fleeing police after crashing a stolen vehicle.
The suspect grabbed car keys out of a bowl in Tinnin's house and ran out.

The grandmother immediately called 911 while trying to calm her granddaughter down, as she spoke to operators on the phone.
Meanwhile, the intruder went to the back of the house, leading to Tinnin grabbing her gun.
The grandmother had no doubt at this stage the intruder was going to hurt or kill her and her granddaughter.

She recalled: "I had to hold him at gunpoint. This man is bleeding on my kitchen floor."
Police then arrived at the scene and took the suspect into custody.
"I would have given everything I had, including my life, to do what I had to do to protect my granddaughter,” Tinnin added.
The suspect survived the gunshot and will now be charged with burglary and auto theft.

Meanwhile, Tinnin has not been charged.
Megan Austin, the four-year-old's mother, could not be grateful enough.
She told Inside Edition: "If Anissa had not done what she did, we’d be telling a different story right now."
