Dunkin' employee reveals the most annoying things drive-thru customers can do and it has people embarrassed

Viewers have assured they'll kick their bad habits after the Dunkin' worker called them out

Drive-thru lanes might be convenient for customers, but one Dunkin' worker has revealed how annoying they can actually be for workers.

TikTok user Keosha Kraze took to the platform to air her grievances after racking up experiences while working in the popular chain, expressing belief she couldn't be the 'only one' who'd noticed customers' bad habits.

In the clip, which has since racked up more than two million views, Keosha wasted no time in calling out some annoying behaviors as she addressed people who liked to get their morning coffee and breakfast bagel using the drive-thru.

"Number one, when it's raining can y'all turn the windshield wipers off," she began, indicating she doesn't enjoy getting flicked by water as she joked: "I can't swim."

Keosha went on to call out people who sit with their phone in their hands when approaching the window, leaving her guessing as to whether they're trying to use Apple Pay, scan their Dunkin app or even get her phone number.

Another pet peeve of Keosha's comes from customers who attempt to add something to their order while the line for pickup is already 'wrapped around the entire city'.

After Keosha's initial video went viral, she followed up with more clips to address even more bad behavior.

The Dunkin' worker begged people who use their mobiles to order food and coffee to attach a name to the order, making it easier for staff to identify which one is theirs, as well as for people to be 'less indecisive'.

Giving one example of a poorly behaved customer, Keosha said: "Not only did this lady ask 50 million questions about the Munchkins, the sizes, the prices and everything... just for her to say 'Oh I think I'll just grab the coffee today, no 50 Munchkins', after 15 minutes.

"Just for her to get to the window and order the 50 Munchkins."

Her 'favorite' annoying habit, Keosha said, was when customers order boxes of 12 doughnuts through the drive-thru and ask to 'pick them out'.

"You didn't want to come inside for that?" Keosha asked.

Viewers have been left in hysterics by the worker's complaints, with many other fast food workers adding their own examples of annoying habits.

"The way I LIVE for these videos," one viewer wrote, as another added: "Biggest pet peeve when they come into drive thru... 'Oh man I havent [sic] been here in years I need a minute' EYE TWITCH."

Thankfully, however, Keosha's video does seem to have informed some clueless customers who were left embarrassed at having no idea about their bad habits.

"I never knew about the windshield wipers," one person commented after watching one of Keosha's TikToks, adding: "I gotchu... I won’t do it for drive thru."
